Software product development for products that already exist.
Most software doesn't need replacing; it needs moving forward. We add features, integrations, languages and performance improvements to products that are already live, working inside the codebase you have.
Who this is for
- Companies with a live product and a backlog nobody has time for.
- Products expanding into new markets, languages or payment methods.
- Teams whose app works but is slow, hard to deploy or hard to change.
- Founders who want steady, predictable delivery on a product customers use.
What’s included
New features on existing code
Feature development inside your current codebase and conventions, not a parallel rewrite.
Integrations and APIs
Third-party services, payment gateways and data sources, including a billing engine that works across more than fifteen gateways.
Localisation and right-to-left
Arabic and English products with proper right-to-left layout, translation handling and multi-language URLs.
Performance, security and cost
Faster pages, safer configuration, and infrastructure that costs what your usage justifies.
Discoverability for web apps
Rendering and metadata fixes so content-driven products can be indexed and shared properly.
Documentation and quality checks
OpenAPI documentation, automated checks and tests, so the product stays easy to change as it grows.
How it works
Four steps, agreed before any code is written.
Step 01
Understand the product
We learn the codebase, the users and the roadmap before proposing anything.
Step 02
Agree priorities
A written plan for what ships first and why, reviewed with you.
Step 03
Deliver continuously
Small, frequent releases, so improvements reach users while they still matter.
Step 04
Keep it healthy
Tests, checks and documentation grow with the product, not after it.
Projects that prove it
Real work, anonymised. Each one is in our library.

Questions
Improve Your Product: common questions.
Can you work on a codebase someone else wrote?
Yes. Much of our work is on existing codebases. We start by understanding what's there, then improve it in place. If the code is in poor shape, our software rescue service covers stabilising it first.
Will you want to rewrite our product?
Rarely. We treat improving existing software as the default and only recommend a rewrite when the architecture, not the code quality, blocks what the product needs next.
Can you add Arabic or another language to our app?
Yes. Several products in our library are bilingual Arabic and English, with right-to-left layouts on mobile, web and admin panels.
Can you work alongside our own developers?
Yes. We've delivered work in a shared repository workflow with a client's own contributors. We agree ownership of areas and a review process up front.
How is ongoing product work priced?
Usually as a dedicated-team engagement for continuous work, or a fixed price for a well-defined piece. Scope and budget are agreed in writing before work starts.
Have something you need to build?
Whether you’re starting with an idea, improving an existing product, or trying to rescue unfinished software, we’ll help turn the next step into a clear plan.
No sales presentation. We start with the problem.
