A self-service membership platform for an occupational safety and health association: tiered memberships with subscription billing, a jobs board, community groups, events, support tickets, and internal messaging — with a bilingual member portal and a full admin back office.

Outcome
Replaced spreadsheet-driven association administration with a self-service member portal, rebuilt three times as requirements matured into its final Laravel 11 and Filament form.
