A back-office tool for a small merchant business to track customer orders, deposits, and remaining balances, with dedicated views for daily reconciliation.

  • Deposit and remaining-balance tracking per order
  • Dedicated daily-reconciliation admin view with date-range filtering
  • Soft-deleted records preserving an audit trail
  • Fully localized (Arabic) admin experience

Outcome

Gave a small merchant a structured way to track partial payments and outstanding balances that spreadsheets couldn't handle reliably.
